Recently featured in Men's Health Magazine, more and more people in the fitness industry are talking about the 300 workout. 300 reps with minimal or no rest. This workout is designed to get you totally ripped while still putting on a lot of muscle mass.

I was talking with my friends in Toronto who are all also personal trainers about this workout and the more we talked about it the more we became compelled to try it.

After the first week of doing this workout we were all already seeing well rounded improvements. The workout is designed to work all muscles and is also effective for fat burning. One guys saw a drastict improvement in core strength. Another guy saw his shoulders bulk up. Myself I noticed quite a bit of growth in my back and arms.

This workout is NOT for beginners. This is an advanced workout. But if you can complete it in under 20 minutes and do this every day for a week... I guarantee that you will burn fat, gain more muscle and improve your core strength faster than with any other workout.

Here is the workout:
25 pullups
50 deadlifts (135 lbs)
50 pushups
50 box jumps (24 inches)
50 floor wipers (135 lbs)
50 single-arm clean-n-press (35 lbs)
25 pullups

All of the exercises are pretty straight forward. You can youtube some videos if you need some more explanation on how to perform the exercise.

The best time so far I heard was around 18 and a half minutes but I think anything under 20 is very respectable. This workout is highly recommended.
